Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Each plushie is prepared and packed with care before it begins its journey to you. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it along the way.

Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, though timing can vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, it may delay delivery or cause the package to be lost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier first for the fastest resolution.
